Possible Causes
Multiple motors drawing excess current, Internal wiring short, Main control board power stage failure, Blocked brush or fan causing overload
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Immediately turn OFF the robot and remove it from the dock. Allow it to cool for 20–30 minutes.
Steps:
- Inspect for jams: Check the main brush, side brush, and wheels for any obstructions or hair buildup. Clear all debris.
- Check suction path: Ensure the dust bin, filter, and suction inlet are not clogged.
- Restart and test: After cooling and cleaning, power ON and run a short cleaning test in an open area.
- Monitor for heat or smell: If you notice a burning smell or the robot becomes very hot quickly, stop use immediately.
- If E13 recurs: There may be a shorted motor or failing main control board. Inspect each motor (brush, fan, wheels) for signs of burning. Replace the suspect motor or the main control board. If unsure, seek professional service.
