Possible Causes

Weak Wi‑Fi signal at dock, Incorrect Wi‑Fi password or band, Internal Wi‑Fi module failure, Antenna cable disconnected from main board

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: No internal high-voltage risk, but avoid opening the robot unless necessary.

Steps:

  • Check Wi‑Fi network: Ensure your router is on 2.4 GHz (most Bagotte robots do not support 5 GHz) and that the password is correct.
  • Move dock closer to router: Place the charging dock within good signal range (at least 2 bars on your phone).
  • Reset Wi‑Fi on robot: Follow the Bagotte manual to enter Wi‑Fi pairing mode (usually by holding the Wi‑Fi or power button until a prompt is heard).
  • Re-add device in app: Use the Bagotte app to add the robot again, following the on-screen instructions.
  • Power cycle: Turn the robot OFF and ON after setup.
  • If E14 persists and other functions work: The internal Wi‑Fi module or antenna may be faulty. Replacement typically requires changing the main control board or the separate Wi‑Fi daughterboard if your model uses one.
