Bagotte
Battery Capacity Degradation
Robot powers on but shuts off after a few minutes of cleaning, even after a full charge.

Possible Causes
Aged lithium-ion cells with reduced capacity, Battery protection circuit tripping early, High internal resistance in battery pack, Overheating battery due to wear
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot before handling the battery.
Steps:
- Fully charge: Place the robot on the dock and charge for at least 5 hours until the indicator shows full.
- Run a timed test: Start a cleaning cycle and note how long it runs before shutting off. If it is significantly less than the rated runtime (e.g., under 20–30 minutes), the battery is likely worn.
- Check for heat: After shutdown, feel the underside near the battery compartment. Excessive warmth suggests battery stress.
- Replace battery: Open the battery compartment, disconnect the old pack, and install a new, compatible Bagotte lithium-ion battery pack with the same voltage and connector.
- Calibrate (optional): After replacement, fully charge, then run the robot until it returns to dock or shuts off, and fully charge again to help the system learn the new capacity.
