Possible Causes

Dead or disconnected battery pack, Faulty charging dock or power adapter, Blown fuse or damaged power circuit on main board, Defective main power switch

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the dock from the wall before inspection. Do not open the battery pack.

Steps:

  • Check wall outlet: Plug another device into the same outlet to confirm it has power.
  • Inspect dock and adapter: Ensure the Bagotte adapter is firmly plugged into the dock and wall. Check for damage to the cable.
  • Look for dock indicator: Many docks have a small LED. If it is off, the dock or adapter may be faulty; try a replacement adapter with the same rating.
  • Place robot on dock: Align the robot so its charging contacts touch the dock contacts. Look for any lights or charging indicators.
  • Check main power switch: Some Bagotte models have a physical ON/OFF switch on the side or bottom. Ensure it is in the ON position.
  • Access battery (if comfortable): Remove the battery cover and verify the battery connector is firmly plugged into the robot.
  • If still dead: Replace the Bagotte battery pack. If a new battery and known-good dock do not restore power, the main control board or internal fuse is likely damaged and requires professional replacement.
