Possible Causes
Dust sensor window dirty, Dust bin sensor blocked, Sensor miscalibrated, Failed dust sensor on main board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot and remove the dust bin.
Steps:
- Clean bin thoroughly: Wash or wipe the inside of the bin to remove fine dust (ensure it is completely dry before reinstalling).
- Locate dust sensor: Some Bagotte models use an optical sensor near the bin inlet. Clean the small window or opening with a dry cotton swab.
- Check bin fit: Reinsert the bin firmly until it clicks.
- Reset robot: Power OFF for 30 seconds, then ON.
- Test cleaning: Run a short cleaning cycle and see if the bin-full warning reappears quickly.
- If false alerts continue: The dust sensor module or related circuit on the main control board may be faulty and require replacement.
