Possible Causes
Fan motor connector loose, Fan motor burned out, Main board not supplying power to fan, Fan impeller jammed
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot and remove the dust bin.
Steps:
- Listen for fan: With the bin removed, power ON and start cleaning. You should hear a distinct fan noise. If you only hear wheels and brushes, the fan is not running.
- Check for obstructions: Inspect the fan intake grill for blockages and remove any debris.
- Internal check (advanced): If comfortable and warranty allows, open the top cover to access the fan motor assembly. Verify the connector is firmly attached to the main board.
- Replace fan: If the fan still does not run, install a new Bagotte fan motor assembly.
