Possible Causes
Water tank valve stuck open, Mop cloth oversaturated, Incorrect water setting in app, Cracked water tank body
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot and remove the water tank immediately to prevent water ingress into electronics.
Steps:
- Empty the tank: Pour out all water and inspect the tank for cracks or leaks.
- Check valve: Examine the outlet valve and rubber seal. Clean any debris and ensure the seal sits properly.
- Rinse and dry mop cloth: Remove the mop pad, rinse, wring out thoroughly, and reattach so it is damp, not dripping.
- Adjust water level (if supported): In the Bagotte app, set the water flow to a lower level.
- Test on a small area: Refill the tank, reinstall, and test in a small area while monitoring for leaks.
- If leaking continues: Replace the Bagotte water tank assembly and mop pad.
