Possible Causes
Main brush motor burned out, Broken drive coupling, Main brush motor connector loose, Main board brush driver failure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot and flip it over.
Steps:
- Remove main brush: Take out the brush and inspect the drive end for damage.
- Check drive socket: Look into the brush cavity at the motor drive. Ensure the coupling is intact.
- Test motor (advanced): With the robot ON and cleaning started, carefully observe if the drive socket turns (keep tools and fingers clear). If it does, replace the main brush.
- If no rotation: Turn OFF, open the bottom cover, and verify the main brush motor connector is secure.
- Replace motor module: If wiring is fine but the motor never runs, replace the main brush motor module or the main control board if the driver circuit is faulty.
