Possible Causes

Weak Wi‑Fi signal at docking area, Incorrect Wi‑Fi password or unsupported band, Faulty Wi‑Fi module on robot, Router blocking device

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: There is no electrical hazard in Wi‑Fi troubleshooting, but avoid opening the robot housing.

  • 1. Check Wi‑Fi band: Many Bosch robot vacuums support only 2.4 GHz networks. Ensure your router’s 2.4 GHz SSID is enabled and that you are not trying to connect via 5 GHz only.
  • 2. Improve signal strength: Move the charging station closer to your router or install a Wi‑Fi extender. Aim for at least two bars of signal at the dock location.
  • 3. Re‑enter credentials: In the Bosch app, remove the robot, then add it again and carefully re‑enter the Wi‑Fi password. Ensure there are no special characters that might cause issues.
  • 4. Restart router and robot: Power‑cycle your router and then reboot the robot vacuum.
  • 5. If E10 persists on multiple networks: The internal Wi‑Fi module or antenna may be defective. This requires mainboard or module replacement by Bosch service.
