Possible Causes

HEPA filter clogged with fine dust, Filter installed incorrectly, Filter sensor contaminated, Using non‑Bosch filter with poor airflow

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and remove the dust bin.

  • 1. Remove the filter: Take out the main filter from the dust bin.
  • 2. Clean or replace filter: Tap the filter gently to remove dust. If washable (check Bosch manual), rinse with lukewarm water and allow to dry completely (24 hours). If the filter is old, deformed, or very dirty, replace it with a genuine Bosch filter.
  • 3. Clean sensor area: If your model has a pressure or airflow sensor near the filter, gently clean the openings with a soft brush.
  • 4. Reinstall correctly: Ensure the filter is seated in the correct orientation and the bin closes fully.
  • 5. Reset filter indicator (if applicable): Some models require a manual reset in the app or via button combination after filter replacement. Follow the user manual.
