Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and place it upside down.

• 1. Identify lift sensors: These are often small optical sensors near the wheels or brush that detect when the robot is lifted.
• 2. Clean sensor windows: Wipe the sensor windows with a microfiber cloth to remove dust and hair.
• 3. Check bottom plate: Inspect the underside for warping or damage that might cause false lift detection.
• 4. Test on flat surface: Place the robot on a hard, flat floor and start a cleaning cycle. Avoid thick rugs while testing.
• 5. If E14 persists: The lift sensor module may be defective and should be replaced by a service technician.
