How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: No electrical hazard, but avoid opening the robot.
- 1. Delete existing maps: In the Bosch app, delete stored maps and allow the robot to create a new one.
- 2. Firmware update: Check for and install any available firmware updates via the app.
- 3. Full mapping run: Start a full cleaning/mapping run with doors open and minimal interference. Do not pick up or move the robot during mapping.
