Possible Causes

Main power switch off, Deeply discharged battery, Faulty Start button or touch panel, Mainboard failure

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Ensure the robot and dock are on a dry, stable surface.

  • 1. Check main switch: Some Bosch models have a physical ON/OFF switch on the underside. Ensure it is in the ON position.
  • 2. Charge robot: Place the robot on the dock and confirm the charging indicator lights up. Leave it for at least 2–3 hours.
  • 3. Hard reset: Press and hold the power or Start button for 10–15 seconds to force a reboot.
  • 4. Try app control: If connected, attempt to start cleaning from the Bosch app to rule out a faulty physical button.
  • 5. If still unresponsive: The control panel or mainboard may be defective and require professional diagnosis and replacement.
