Robot vacuum gets stuck under low furniture and cannot free itself.

Safety first: Turn the robot OFF before freeing it.

• 1. Measure clearance: Compare the robot’s height to the furniture clearance. If it is very close, the robot may wedge itself.
• 2. Block access: Use physical barriers or no‑go zones in the Bosch app to prevent the robot from entering low‑clearance areas.
• 3. Adjust furniture: If possible, raise or lower furniture slightly to either fully allow or fully prevent entry.
