Robot vacuum makes a rattling or clicking noise from the brush area but continues to run.

Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and flip it over.

• 1. Remove main brush: Take out the brush and inspect the cavity for small objects.
• 2. Tighten brush guard: Ensure the brush guard is not cracked and that all clips or screws are secure.
• 3. Inspect brush: Look for broken plastic fins or loose parts on the brush. Replace if damaged.
• 4. Test noise: Run the robot briefly with the brush removed. If the noise disappears, the brush or housing was the source.
