Possible Causes
Wi‑Fi module firmware glitch, Weak 2.4 GHz signal, Internal Wi‑Fi board failure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the robot is on the floor and powered ON with sufficient battery.
- Soft reset: Press and hold the Wi‑Fi or power button (depending on model) for 5–10 seconds until you hear a tone or see the Wi‑Fi indicator flash, then release.
- Re‑add to app: In the Coredy or compatible app, delete the robot, then follow the pairing instructions again, ensuring you use a 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi network.
- Check router distance: Move the charging dock closer to your router or use a Wi‑Fi extender if the signal is weak where the robot charges.
If E10 remains and the robot cannot enter pairing mode, the internal Wi‑Fi module may be defective and require replacement.
