Possible Causes
Water tank not seated correctly, Water outlet clogged, Internal water pump failure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove the water tank/mopping module.
- Check tank installation: Ensure the water tank clicks firmly into place and that the rubber seals are not folded or damaged.
- Clean outlets: Inspect the water outlet holes on the tank and the pad holder. Use a pin or toothpick gently to clear any mineral buildup or debris.
- Use clean water only: Refill the tank with clean water (no thick cleaners) and reinstall.
- Test mopping mode: Start a mopping cycle on a hard floor and observe if the pad becomes damp within a few minutes.
If E12 persists and no water flows, the internal water pump or valve in the tank assembly may be defective and should be replaced.
