How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot.

  • Remove and reinstall dust bin: Pull out the dust bin completely, then slide it back in firmly until it clicks.
  • Inspect bin tabs: Check the plastic tabs or magnets on the dust bin that interact with the presence sensor. Clean them and ensure they are not broken.
  • Clean sensor area: Use a dry cloth or compressed air to clean the sensor slot or switch inside the bin cavity.
