Possible Causes
Dust bin not fully inserted, Dust bin sensor switch stuck, Sensor wiring loose
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot.
- Remove and reinstall dust bin: Pull out the dust bin completely, then slide it back in firmly until it clicks.
- Inspect bin tabs: Check the plastic tabs or magnets on the dust bin that interact with the presence sensor. Clean them and ensure they are not broken.
- Clean sensor area: Use a dry cloth or compressed air to clean the sensor slot or switch inside the bin cavity.
If E13 remains and the robot still thinks the bin is missing, the dust bin sensor switch or its wiring may need replacement.
