Possible Causes

Dirty charging contacts on robot or dock, Weak power adapter, Internal charging PCB fault

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the charging dock from the wall before cleaning contacts.

  • Clean contacts: Wipe the metal charging pads on the robot and the spring‑loaded pins on the dock with a dry cloth. For oxidation, lightly rub with a pencil eraser, then wipe clean.
  • Check dock power: Plug the dock back in and confirm its power LED is lit. Try a different outlet if necessary.
  • Align robot manually: Place the robot on the dock ensuring both contacts touch firmly. Look for the charging indicator on the robot.

If E15 continues and the robot never shows charging even with clean contacts and a known‑good adapter, the internal charging board may need replacement.
