Possible Causes
Airflow blocked by clogged filter, Main brush or fan motor overloaded, Ventilation openings blocked
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and let it cool for at least 20 minutes in a well‑ventilated area.
- Check for airflow blockages: Remove and empty the dust bin. Clean or replace the filters. Inspect the suction path from the brush area to the dust bin for clogs.
- Clean main brush and side brushes: Remove hair and debris from all rotating brushes and their bearings.
- Inspect vents: Some Coredy models have small exhaust vents on the sides or rear. Ensure these are not blocked by dust or furniture during operation.
- Reduce load: Avoid using max suction on thick carpets for extended periods. Test on hard floors first.
If E8 recurs quickly even with clean filters and brushes, an internal motor or thermal sensor may be failing and should be serviced.
