Possible Causes

Battery not seated correctly, Battery cells degraded, Battery connector or wiring fault

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and disconnect it from the charging dock.

  • Access battery compartment: Flip the robot over and remove the battery cover (usually held by 1–2 screws).
  • Check battery seating: Ensure the Coredy battery pack is fully inserted and the connector is firmly plugged into the robot’s harness.
  • Inspect for damage: Look for swollen battery casing, corrosion on contacts, or burnt smell. Do not use a damaged battery.
  • Reset and charge: Reinstall the battery cover, place the robot on the dock, and allow it to charge uninterrupted for at least 4–5 hours. Then power ON and test.

If E9 persists or runtime is very short, replace the battery with a compatible Coredy Li‑ion battery pack.
