Possible Causes
Main power switch OFF, Battery fully discharged or failed, Internal fuse or power circuit failure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the charging dock is plugged into a working outlet.
- Check main switch: Locate the physical power switch on the side or bottom of the Coredy robot and ensure it is in the ON position.
- Force charge: Place the robot manually on the dock, aligning the charging contacts. Leave it on the dock for at least 4–5 hours. Look for any sign of LEDs turning on.
- Try a different outlet/adapter: Test the dock with another outlet. If available, test with a known‑good Coredy power adapter.
- Inspect battery: If still dead, remove the battery cover, disconnect and reconnect the battery. If the pack is swollen or damaged, replace it.
If the robot remains completely unresponsive with a known‑good battery and adapter, the internal power circuit or main PCB is likely faulty and requires professional repair.
