Robot vacuum gets stuck frequently on thresholds, rugs, or cords.

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot before freeing it from obstructions.

• Prepare environment: Use cable clips or cord organizers to keep wires off the floor. Fold rug tassels under the rug.
• Limit high thresholds: Use threshold ramps or block access to rooms with very high transitions.
• Inspect wheels: Check the rubber treads on the drive wheels. If they are smooth or cracked, replace the wheel modules.
