Robot vacuum displays C18; mop pad bracket or mopping module not installed correctly.

Safety: Turn off the robot before attaching or removing the mop bracket.

• Remove and reinstall bracket: Detach the mop pad bracket from the underside rear of the robot and reinstall it until it clicks securely.
• Inspect latch tabs: Check the plastic hooks on the bracket for cracks or wear that prevent proper engagement.
• Clean detection area: Wipe the area where the bracket meets the robot, including any small switches or magnets used for detection.
• Test without pad: Try installing the bracket without the mop pad to see if the robot detects the module.
• Replacement: Replace the mop pad bracket if its tabs are damaged, or the main control board if the detection circuit has failed.
