How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Ensure the dock and charger are in good condition before proceeding.
- Force charge: Place the robot on the dock and leave it for at least 2–3 hours. Look for any indicator lights.
- Check outlet and dock: Verify the wall outlet works and the dock's power light is on.
- Inspect battery connection: Open the bottom cover and ensure the battery connector is firmly seated.
- Test power button board: Check the small board behind the power button for loose cables or damage.
- Component replacement: Replace the battery pack if it will not accept charge. If still dead, replace the main control board or button board as needed.
