Safety: Turn off the robot and remove the water tank and mop pad.

• Clean or replace mop pad: Wash the mop pad thoroughly or replace it if it is worn or heavily stained.
• Check water outlets: Inspect the water outlet holes on the tank and mop bracket. Clean any mineral deposits or debris.
• Use clean water: Fill the tank with fresh, clean water. Avoid harsh chemicals unless approved by Dreame.
• Adjust water level: If your model supports it, increase the water flow level in the app for heavily soiled floors.
