Possible Causes
Clogged primary filter, HEPA filter saturated, Partial blockage in suction channel, Worn main brush bristles
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off the robot and remove the dustbin before cleaning.
- Empty and clean dustbin: Remove all debris and wash the bin if the manual allows. Dry completely before reinstalling.
- Service filters: Remove the pre-filter and HEPA filter. Tap gently to remove dust. Replace the HEPA filter if it is older than the recommended interval or visibly clogged.
- Check suction path: Inspect the suction inlet, brush housing, and internal ducts for blockages. Remove any lodged debris.
- Inspect main brush: If bristles are worn down or deformed, replace the main brush roller with a new Dreame-compatible brush.
- Test on a small area: Run the robot on a small, dirty patch and verify improved pickup.
