Possible Causes
Aged lithium battery, Frequent partial charges, High-temperature storage, Internal battery cell imbalance
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off the robot before accessing the battery compartment.
- Full charge cycle: Charge the robot fully, then run it until it returns to dock. Repeat once to recalibrate the battery gauge.
- Check battery age: If the battery is older than 2–3 years or has many cycles, capacity is likely reduced.
- Inspect battery pack: Open the bottom cover and check the battery for swelling or damage.
- Replace battery: Install a new, genuine or compatible Dreame battery pack of the same specification.
