Robot vacuum runs for a very short time and then returns to dock or shuts off without an error code.

Safety: Turn off the robot before accessing the battery compartment.

• Full charge cycle: Charge the robot fully, then run it until it returns to dock. Repeat once to recalibrate the battery gauge.
• Check battery age: If the battery is older than 2–3 years or has many cycles, capacity is likely reduced.
• Inspect battery pack: Open the bottom cover and check the battery for swelling or damage.
• Replace battery: Install a new, genuine or compatible Dreame battery pack of the same specification.
