Robot vacuum cannot find or dock with the charging station reliably; it wanders near the dock but fails to align.

Safety first: Unplug the dock before moving it.

• Clean IR windows: Wipe the dock and robot IR windows with a dry cloth.
• Reposition dock: Place the dock against a straight wall with clear space around it as per Dyson guidelines.
• Test manual return: Start the robot a few meters away and press the home button. Observe its approach; if it veers off, the IR receiver may be weak.

If another dock works correctly but yours does not, replace the dock. If no dock is detected, the robot's IR receiver module may need service.
