How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: No special hazards; do not cover sensors with tape.
- Clean top sensors/camera: Wipe any top‑mounted camera window or sensor dome with a dry cloth.
- Stabilize environment: Avoid moving large furniture between runs while the robot is learning the layout.
- Reset map: In the Dyson app, delete the existing map and allow the robot to create a new one over several full runs.
If mapping remains unreliable after resets and cleaning, internal navigation sensors or firmware may require service or update.
