Possible Causes
Dust on LDS window, LDS turret stuck, LDS motor failure, LDS cable loose or damaged
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the robot OFF.
- Inspect the laser turret: On models with a round turret on top, check that it is not blocked by stickers, covers, or objects.
- Clean the LDS window: Wipe the transparent ring or window on the turret with a soft microfiber cloth.
- Check turret rotation: Gently try to rotate the turret. It should spin freely; do not force it.
- Power reset: Turn the robot ON and listen for the turret spinning at startup.
If C10 remains and the turret does not spin: The LDS motor or sensor may have failed. Replacement of the LDS module is required and should be done by a qualified technician.
