How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the robot OFF.
- Remove and reinstall dust bin: Pull out the dust bin completely, check for damage, then push it back in firmly until it clicks.
- Inspect sensor area: Look for a small switch or magnetic contact where the bin slides in. Clean the area of dust and debris.
- Check dust bin tabs: Ensure the plastic tabs or magnets on the bin are intact and not broken.
- Test: Power on the robot and see if the error clears.
If C12 persists: The dust bin sensor (reed switch or micro-switch) may be faulty and require replacement.
