Possible Causes
Battery cells degraded, Battery connector loose, Charging contacts dirty, Internal battery protection tripped
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and remove it from the dock.
- Clean charging contacts: Wipe the robot's charging pads and the dock contacts with a dry cloth.
- Check battery connection: If accessible, open the battery compartment and ensure the battery plug is firmly connected.
- Fully charge: Place the robot on the dock and allow it to charge uninterrupted for at least 4–6 hours.
- Test runtime: Start a cleaning cycle and observe how long it runs before shutting down.
If C13 persists or runtime is very short: Replace the battery pack with a compatible Ecovacs battery of the same voltage and capacity.
