How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and remove the water tank.
- Inspect water tank: Check for cracks, leaks, or damaged seals. Ensure the tank cap is closed properly.
- Clean contacts/switch: Wipe any electrical contacts or mechanical tabs that signal tank presence.
- Reinstall tank: Slide the tank back in firmly until it clicks.
- Test mopping: Power on the robot and start a mopping mode to see if the error clears.
If C16 persists: The water tank sensor or pump wiring may be faulty. Replacement of the water tank assembly or internal sensor is required.
