Possible Causes

How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and remove the water tank.
- Refill tank: Fill the water tank to the recommended level and ensure the cap is sealed.
- Check for clogs: Inspect the tank outlet and any visible filters for debris. Rinse if necessary.
- Prime the system: Reinstall the tank, then start a mopping cycle and let the robot run for several minutes to purge air from the lines.
- Inspect mop pad: Ensure the mop pad plate is installed correctly and not blocking water outlets.
If C17 persists and no water is dispensed: The internal water pump may have failed and needs replacement.
