How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the robot OFF.
- Relocate robot: Move it to an open, well-lit (but not direct sunlight) area with a non-reflective floor.
- Clean all sensors: Wipe the top camera or LDS window, front IR sensors, and underside cliff sensors with a soft cloth.
- Restart mapping: In the Ecovacs app, clear the existing map (if needed) and start a new mapping run.
If C20 recurs frequently: A navigation sensor (camera, LDS, or IMU) or the main board may be failing and require professional diagnosis.
