How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and remove it from the dock.

  • Clean both drive wheels: Flip the robot over and thoroughly clean around both wheel hubs and inside the wheel wells with a soft brush and compressed air.
  • Check wheel movement: Rotate each wheel by hand. They should feel similar in resistance. If one is stiff or rough, it may be failing.
  • Inspect for damage: Look for cracks in the wheel, bent axles, or signs of impact.
  • Power reset: Turn the robot back on, perform a full power cycle (OFF for 30 seconds, then ON), and test on a flat surface.

If the error persists: Open the bottom cover (after removing the battery if accessible) and check the wheel motor connectors to the main board. Reseat them firmly. If still unresolved, one wheel assembly or the main control board may need replacement.
