Possible Causes

Robot stuck on threshold, Wheel hanging over edge, Lift sensor stuck, Faulty lift sensor switch

Safety first: Move the robot to a flat, level surface and turn it OFF.

Inspect wheel suspension: Press each drive wheel up and down to ensure free movement.
Clean around wheels: Remove debris that may block the suspension.
Test again: Power on and start cleaning on a flat floor.

If E7 persists on flat surfaces: The lift sensor or wheel suspension sensor may need replacement.
