How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and remove the water tank.
- Refill tank: Fill with clean water to the recommended level.
- Clean outlet: Check and clean the tank outlet and any small filters.
- Reinstall and prime: Reinstall the tank and start a mopping cycle, allowing several minutes for water to reach the pad.
If pad stays dry: The internal water pump or valve may have failed and should be replaced.
