Possible Causes
Water tank valve leaking, Mop pad too saturated, Incorrect water level setting in app, Damaged water outlet gasket
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and remove the water tank and mop pad.
- Check water level setting: In the Ecovacs app, reduce the water flow level for mopping.
- Inspect tank and gaskets: Look for cracks or damaged seals around the tank outlet.
- Rinse and wring mop pad: Clean the mop pad and wring it out so it is damp, not dripping, before reinstalling.
- Test in small area: Run a short mopping cycle and observe water output.
If leaking continues when robot is off: Replace the water tank assembly.
