How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn the robot OFF.

  • Clean front sensors: Wipe the front IR sensor windows and any camera or LDS window with a soft cloth.
  • Check bumper movement: Press and release the bumper to ensure it moves freely.
  • Reset map: In the Ecovacs app, delete the current map and allow the robot to create a new one.

If behavior does not improve: The bumper switch board or navigation sensor may need inspection and possible replacement.
