Possible Causes
Changed Wi-Fi SSID or password, Router blocking device, Corrupted Wi-Fi settings, Faulty Wi-Fi module
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the robot is idle (not cleaning) while you perform network operations.
Step-by-step:
- Verify network: Confirm your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network is active and that your phone is connected to it.
- Reset Wi-Fi on robot: Use the Wi-Fi reset procedure (button hold until voice prompt) and re-add the robot in the EufyHome app.
- Check router settings: Ensure MAC filtering or AP isolation is not blocking the robot. Allow the robot full LAN access.
- Advanced: If the robot cannot enter Wi-Fi setup mode or repeatedly fails to connect, the Wi-Fi module on the main PCB may be defective and require board replacement.
When to stop: If basic network troubleshooting fails, contact Eufy support before attempting hardware repair.
