Step-by-step:

Inspect drive wheels: Check the rubber treads for wear or cracking. Replace the drive wheel assemblies if traction is poor.
Check wheel suspension: Press each wheel up and down; it should move smoothly. Clean any debris from the suspension slots.
Test wheel power: Run the robot on a flat surface and observe if one wheel seems weaker. A weak wheel motor may need replacement.
Verify bumper function: Ensure the front bumper moves freely and triggers when hitting obstacles, allowing the robot to back up and reroute.

When to stop: If mobility issues persist after cleaning and wheel replacement, the main board’s motor drivers may be failing.
