Possible Causes
Worn main brush bristles, Side brush missing or damaged, Dustbin overfilled, Incorrect brush height due to worn wheels or brush guard
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot before handling brushes.
Step-by-step:
- Empty dustbin: Ensure the bin is emptied before each cleaning session.
- Inspect main brush: Check for worn, flattened, or missing bristles. Replace the main brush if it is worn.
- Check side brush: Ensure the side brush is installed, not bent excessively, and spins freely. Replace if bristles are deformed.
- Clean brush guard: Remove the brush guard and clean its edges and seals. Make sure it snaps back securely to maintain proper brush height.
When to stop: If pickup is still poor after replacing brushes and cleaning, inspect suction performance as well.
