Check brush installation: Remove and reinstall the main brush, ensuring the end caps are seated in their slots and the brush guard is latched.
Inspect coupling: Look at the drive end of the brush for a worn or rounded coupling. Replace the main brush if the coupling is damaged.
Test motor shaft: With the brush removed, start a cleaning cycle and look for rotation of the motor shaft in the brush cavity.
Advanced repair: If the shaft does not spin, open the robot and inspect the main brush motor assembly and its connector. Replace the motor module if faulty.

When to stop: If you are not comfortable opening the robot, seek professional service for motor replacement.
