How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off the robot.

  • Place on level surface: Put the robot on a flat, stable floor.
  • Perform calibration (if supported): Use the Eureka app or button sequence to run a sensor or navigation calibration routine, following the user manual.
  • Power cycle: Turn the robot off for 1–2 minutes, then power it back on and test.
  • If E13 persists: The IMU / Gyroscope Module on the main board may be faulty or its connector loose. Advanced users can open the robot, reseat the IMU connector, or replace the main PCB.
