How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off the robot before cleaning sensors.

  • Clean all sensors: Wipe cliff sensors, front IR sensors, and LiDAR window (if present) with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Reset map: In the Eureka app, delete the existing map and allow the robot to create a new one.
  • Reduce reflections: Temporarily cover low mirrors or highly reflective surfaces near the floor.
  • Recalibrate (if available): Run any sensor or navigation calibration routine provided in the app.
