How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the robot before cleaning sensors.
- Clean all sensors: Wipe cliff sensors, front IR sensors, and LiDAR window (if present) with a soft, dry cloth.
- Reset map: In the Eureka app, delete the existing map and allow the robot to create a new one.
- Reduce reflections: Temporarily cover low mirrors or highly reflective surfaces near the floor.
- Recalibrate (if available): Run any sensor or navigation calibration routine provided in the app.
