- 2. Try long charge: Leave the robot on the dock for at least 6–8 hours even if no lights appear, then attempt to power it ON.
- 3. Inspect battery connection (if accessible): Remove the battery cover and ensure the battery connector is firmly plugged into the main board.
- 4. Replace battery: If the robot remains dead but the dock is known good, replace the battery pack with a compatible Gorenje unit.
- 5. Main PCB diagnosis: If a new battery does not restore power, the main PCB or internal fuse is likely damaged and should be replaced by a technician.
