Possible Causes
Worn drive wheels, Weak wheel suspension springs, Low battery reducing torque, Thick or loose rugs
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot before freeing it from obstacles.
Steps to try:
- 1. Prepare the environment: Remove loose cables and very thick rugs from the cleaning area or secure them.
- 2. Check wheel tread: Inspect the rubber on both drive wheels. If smooth or cracked, replace the wheel assemblies.
- 3. Test suspension: Press each wheel up and down; it should move freely. If stuck, clean the suspension area.
- 4. Start with full charge: Ensure the robot begins cleaning with a fully charged battery to maximize climbing ability.
- 5. Use virtual walls/no‑go zones: If supported by your Gorenje model, set no‑go zones in the app around problem areas.
