Steps to try:

• 1. Remove and inspect main brush: Take out the brush and spin it by hand. If it feels rough or noisy, clean or replace it.
• 2. Check brush housing: Look for small stones, screws, or hard objects inside the brush channel and remove them.
• 3. Listen to fan separately: Run the robot with the main brush removed. If the noise persists, it likely comes from the suction fan.
• 4. Tighten screws: Check and gently tighten the screws on the bottom cover and around the brush guard.
• 5. Replace noisy module: If the fan or brush still makes grinding noises, replace the corresponding assembly to prevent further damage.
